Greg and April Tracy are award-winning professionals, recognized at local, state, and national levels in the realms of real estate and mortgage lending. Both started their careers back in 1993.
April made her mark as a top wholesale lender before transitioning to a mortgage loan officer and eventually Regional Manager for New American Funding and Cross Country Mortgage, where she grew both to become major companies in her markets.
Greg earned recognition as Rookie of the Year in real estate at the age of twenty, was nominated for “Sales Team of the Year” for the Salt Lake Board of Realtors in 2006, and has served as managing broker for well-known agencies like Coldwell Banker, Prudential Real Estate, and Better Homes and Gardens, in addition to being a licensed Real Estate Instructor.
With more than $500 Million in real estate sold and financed, and both with 30 years of experience in the industry, they offer a wealth of knowledge, keen insight into the local market, adept negotiation skills, and a sense of duty to their clients.
